MSC Cruises has revealed major details of their upcoming ‘Vista Project’ ships, the first of which will be named MSC Meraviglia (or Wonder).
The ship is currently under construction at STX France with delivery slated for May 2017, although bookings will open this June. A sister will follow in 2019.
The ship will become the fourth largest cruise ship in the world after Royal Caribbean’s Oasis Triplets. She will feature many firsts for the line, including cluster cabins for groups/families; a large outdoor water park; a two storey indoor activities area; together with an expanded two-deck promenade. Many of the features of the line will also make a return such as the MSC Yacht club.
