MSC Cruises Wellbeing – The Aurea Spa
Found just off of the Galleria Virtuosa is the Aurea Spa. This space is a rich space that invites you to relax and indulge. It is split into a number of distinct areas, firstly the treatment suites where you can enjoy a variety of treatments and massages.
On our trip on Virtuosa this May, I wanted to see how this would work in context to the Health & Safety measures found on board so I booked myself a massage. Not only was the massage heavenly, but I was really impressed at how MSC is approaching H&S, without compromising on the wellbeing aspects. During the massage, full PPE was being worn and all the measures you’d expect were in place. It was great.
Other than the treatment rooms, there is also the Thermal Area featuring saunas, steam rooms and whirlpool bath. And of course there is also the beauty and hair salon and barber shop to make sure you’re ready for elegant night on board. Sports Centre
Located just overlooking the Atmosphere Pool you will also find the Sports Centre & gym. This feature state-of-the-art gym equipment, including Technogym, and a number of classes (on a normal cruise). It’s a large space you won’t struggle to find somewhere to work out if you choose to. On top of this there is the main running and walking track and the indoors sports court.
