There’s a cabin for everyone on board Norwegian Encore.  Like most ships, cabins can be split into a distinct number of categories – these are The Studio for solo passengers, inside, oceanview, balcony, Spa, mini-suite, and suites (including The Haven).
Encore evolves the design of these rooms where they feel contemporary and light, with plenty of storage and practical elements such as plenty of charging points and USB ports each side of the bed (a personal bug bear of mine on so many ships!).
The Studio
Specifically designed for solo travellers, the Studio complex features a private lounge without a single supplement. These cosy inside rooms include a full-size bed and a separate bath area.

Inside Cabins
The comfortable inside cabins on board Encore can sleep up to 4 people. They feature beds that can convert to a queen size bed (and some feature two pullman beds), bathroom and shower, hairdryer, refrigerator, room service, safe and a sitting/vanity area. They range from 135 to 201 sq. ft.
Oceanview Cabins
These feature similar amenities to an inside cabin, as well as a variety of different locations across the ship and feature different sizes of window. My favourites have to be the ones which overlook the bow, those views! They range in size from 160 to 372 sq. ft.
Balcony Cabins
The largest number of cabins available on board are balconies. As well as the same amenities as oceanview cabins, they also feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a balcony. They range from 213 to 425 sq. ft. Plus a variety of balcony sizes.
Mini-suites
I stayed in a mini-suite on my time on board Norwegian Encore and it’s a fabulous space to find yourself in. Similar to a balcony cabin, but larger, it has similar amenities, but a larger sofa/vanity area and a gorgeous bathroom, complete with double size sink and a rainfall shower.
Spa Cabins
In addition to the standard categories, there are also a number of Spa stateroom on board. In addition to the features mentioned above, they also feature easy access to the adjacent Mandara Spa and fitness centre, as well as complimentary access to the Thermal Suite during regular Spa hours.
My favourite cabin, perhaps across the whole ship, has to be the Spa Suites. These spacious rooms feature spa décor and include two lower beds that convert to a queen, an oversized waterfall shower and multiple body spray jets, easy access to the adjacent Mandara Spa and fitness centre, as well as complimentary access to the Thermal Spa Suites during regular Spa hours. It also features a large walk-in wardrobe and a whirlpool-bath in the living area. It also affords access to the Haven (See below).
The Haven Suite Experience
On top of access to gorgeous high-end suites, Haven guests have access to their own 24-hour butler, concierge, an observation lounge, concierge, bar, restaurant, a gorgeous enclosed pool area and an expanded sun deck overlooking the bow of the ship.
There are a total of 80 Haven suites on board, with 50 found within the Haven complex. Including the Spa Suite mentioned above, there are 7 types of suites on board. Pictured below is the two-bedroom family Haven suite. Looks gorgeous, right?
